The doctor said that her load will likely be released in the next two weeks. Since we have been given four possible due dates, nobody is quite sure but he seems to think that it will be sooner rather than later. Melanie has also been having real contractions (not braxton hicks) every day.
The doctor seems as excited about the baby as we are. He told us that when it is time, to have the nurse call him, night or day. When he did an ultrasound last month, he spent about fifteen minutes trying to determine the sex of the baby and was frustrated when he could not determine due to the babies position.
The next time he did an ultrasound, he saw what he needed to and he quickly wrapped things up with a big grin on his face. He knows that we want a surprise so he has not told us what the baby is.
We will keep you updated as things develop and there will be lots of pictures to follow once the little one arrives.

Aahh...glad that baby, "Load" is doing great and that he/she will be making the grand entrance soon. Keep us posted...SO excited!
Little confused about so many "due dates". Guess Baby Goccia will come when he/she is ready. I just can't wait.
