Josiah and Casey are changing and growing so quickly now. It's seems that time has started going by even faster since Casey came along. I am really in denial that my baby Casey is going to be a year old in July!! How did that happen?
Things are starting to get fun in our house now. Casey is crawling, into everything and pulling up. He is also interacting with Josiah a lot more recently. They will play in the floor and entertain each other for 30 minutes at a time (which is heavenly). Except for the times when I have to play referee, it's a huge break for me.
So let me catch you up on Casey:
1. He's 10 months old....again, total denial!
2. He is terribly impatient when it comes time to eat. Mom just does not shovel it in fast enough.
3. He eats seconds of his food and then finishes what Josiah leaves behind.
4. He only weights 6 pounds less than Josiah now.
5. He is way more curious than Josiah was at his age. The kid gets into everything!
6. He has the happiest disposition I've ever seen in a baby. He's just a great kid!
7. He absolutely adores his big brother.
8. He has 4 teeth and two more just poking through.
9. His eyes still haven't figured out what color they are going to be. He has one that is a greenish blue and one that is light brown with 2 pie slices of green.
And Josiah:
1. He has "school time" with Mom on the weekday mornings and loves it.
2. He knows his ABC's, colors, counts to 10 and uses words like "immediately" in sentences. :)
3. He will be three in August. What?!?!!
4. He is my little book worm. The child will sit with you as long as you read to him.
5. He loves playing with Casey but gets a little too rough sometimes...ok, a lot of times.
6. Some of his favorite things to do are cook, read books, color and school time.
7. His favorite food is still rice (my little Asian boy) but hamburger and french fries come in a close second.
8. He is officially potty trained!
9. He is very protective of his little brother.
